For the 28th year, the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, along with dozens of community partners, are coming together to host Safe Night Halloween! Offering kids and parents a free, safe place to spend Halloween, Safe Night Halloween is open to all children ages 12 and under who are accompanied by an adult. Parking and admission are free to all!
