Gary Ricks, J.D.
Mr. Ricks was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge
for the Indiana State Fair Commission (ISFC) in October of 2022. Mr. Ricks has
worked as an attorney in the public sector advising and representing
governmental agencies at the local level. He also served as an administrative
law judge for the State of Indiana for two years. His practice has focused on
contracts, regulations, and administrative law and procedures, including but
not limited to hearings under the Indiana Administrative Orders and Procedures Act
(AOPA), IC 4-21.5-3. Mr. Ricks will be reimbursed $75.00 per hour for his
services.
