requested information. Additional supporting documentation and/or
information may be required for your request. Applications that are
incomplete will not be considered.
Applications can be emailed to
eaf@indianastatefair.com, given to your supervisor OR places in the Employee Assistance Fund drop box, located outside the employee break room in the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion
