BALL STATE UNIVERSITY Champions Pavilion / Draft Horse Barn

The draft horse has as long a tradition in Indiana agriculture as the farmer, and the Draft Horse Barn is the place to get up close and personal with Clydesdales, Percherons, Halflingers and Belgians.

Visit Horses in the Ball State University Champions Pavilion from August 7th - 11th & 14th - 18th.

You can also watch the Percheron & Clydesdale Horse Show in the Indiana Farmers Coliseum August 8th - 11th and the Belgian & Haflinger Horse Show in the Indiana Farmers Coliseum August 15th - 18th.

You can also visit Goats in the Ball State University Champions Pavilion from August 2nd - 4th, 10th & 11th, & 16th - 18th.

South Pavilion / Saddle Horse Barn

The Saddle Horse Barn is home to many horses that compete in the 4-H Horse and Pony Shows. Although the draft horses are also in the Champions Pavilion, because of entry numbers, the “big horses” will be stalled in this barn during their national shows.

As the largest cattle barn of its kind in the world, this facility is home to thousands of animals during the Indiana State Fair.

The Indiana State Fair is proud to be home to the National North Country Cheviot Show.

INDIANA FARM BUREAU FALL CREEK PAVILION / Swine Barn

The Swine Barn holds approximately 2,300 pigs of 11 different breeds. Judging takes place daily in the center ring.
