We are partnering with Foyt Wine Vault (Speedway, IN) and the American Dairy Association Indiana to bring together this unique pairing of wine and grilled cheese samples from the Indiana State Fair Dairy Bar. TASTING with St. Elmo

We are once again partnering with one of Indiana’s most iconic brands – St. Elmo – to bring a unique cocktail making class to this year’s Taste & Create lineup. Learn about the St. Elmo brand and have a chance to taste their ready to pour cocktails inspired by some of their signature drinks. Create your own Cucumber Gimlet featuring the brand’s new Barkeep Vodka. Cost is $20.00 per person for experience only. Must be 21 years or older to participate, IDS are required at check-in.

classic spirit tasting with MOON DROPS DISTILLERY

Join us for our first of two nights featuring Moon Drops Distillery from Fortville, IN. This first night will feature Moon Drops’ line of classic spirits – Vodka, Rum, Single Barrel Bourbon and Small Batch Bourbon. Participants will also get to make a “Hoosier Apple Fashioned”, featuring Moon Drops Bourbon and Apple Pie Moonshine. Cost is $20.00 per person for experience only. Must be 21 years or older to participate, IDS are required at check-in.

Bonfire blends moonshine Tasting with Moon Drops Distillery

In our second session with Moon Drops Distillery, we’ll feature their line of Bonfire Blend moonshines. Sample four of their signature blends – Lemon Shake-Up, Apple Pie, Orange Dreamsicle, and their newest release: Pineapple! Also use the Pineapple Bonfire Blend and Moon Drops Vodka to create a “Nature’s Nectar” cocktail. Cost is $20.00 per person for experience only. Must be 21 years or older to participate, IDS are required at check-in.

TASTING with Hotel Tango Distillery

Indianapolis’ Hotel Tango Distillery will be our featured partner of the last Friday of the Fair. Join us for tastings from their line of bourbons, while creating your own “’Shmallow Dreamsicle” cocktail. This unique creation features Hotel Tango’s ‘Shmallow and Orangcello. Cost $20.00 per person for experience only. Must be 21 years or older to participate, IDS are required at check-in.

Coffee, Cookies and Cuddles

Come cuddle with the residents of Animal Town! This one-hour ‘mommy and me’ session will include a craft, animal interaction, a photo with the child’s animal of choice and a tasty treat!
