The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center is accepting reservations all year round!

Water, sewage, and the dump station are closed for the season.

The Campgrounds feature spaces that accommodate full hook-up. Full hook-up sites are available April through October (weather permitting). Electric-only hook-ups are available November through March (weather permitting); during this time, the dump station is closed.

Your reservation must be made prior to your arrival!

Check-in is from 1PM - 7PM; those arriving after 7PM will still be assisted. Check-out is 12PM.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

For Monon Campgrounds: Enter the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center at Gate 6 (via Fall Creek Parkway) and drive around the roundabout to head west to the campgrounds. Find the numbered spot that you have chosen online through your reservation.

Once parked, call (317) 927-7520 and an employee will come to unlock your electrical box.

Check-out time is 12PM – if you have not vacated the spot by 12PM, we will charge you for another night of stay.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, a flat $10 cancellation fee will be charged (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s rental fee plus tax will be charged as a cancellation fee (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled on or after the day of arrival, the customer will forfeit their entire rental fee
